Introduction

Digital Luqiao is a mobile management tool provided by Sichuan Jingwei Wanda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) for construction worksites of roads, bridges and other transportation projects. It provides functions and services such as real-name registration of personnel, access control management, pre-shift education, location check-in, and message notifications.

We understand the importance of your personal information to you. We will comply with applicable laws and regulations, follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy and necessity, adopt appropriate security protection measures, and make our best efforts to keep your personal information safe and under control. This policy helps you understand how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

By using or continuing to use our services, you are deemed to have agreed to our processing of your relevant information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the relevant functions and services, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: The phone number, verification code and password you provide when registering or logging in, used to identify you and safeguard your account security.
• Real-Name Registration Information: Identity information you voluntarily provide in the real-name management scenario, as well as face comparison information, used to meet the real-name registration and industry regulatory requirements for construction personnel.
• Device and Log Information: Device model, operating system version, network status, and device identifiers used to identify the device (such as Android ID, MAC address, device serial number, etc.), used to ensure stable operation of the service, message push, security protection and problem troubleshooting.
• Location Information: Geographic location obtained with your authorization, used for location check-in, location reporting and other scenarios.
• Camera, Album, Microphone and Files: When you actively use functions such as taking photos, scanning QR codes, uploading materials and recording audio, we collect the corresponding photos, videos, audio and file content after obtaining your authorization.
• Communication Information: Used to make phone calls to contact customer service or relevant construction parties when you actively use it.
• Access Control and Attendance Records: Records related to personnel entry and exit management, used for personnel safety management and attendance statistics.
• Operation Logs: Your usage records, used for problem troubleshooting and experience optimization.

2. Permissions

To implement the above functions, we may request certain device permissions, which are only enabled after you grant them separately:

• Location: for location check-in and reporting.
• Camera: for face comparison, photo upload and QR code scanning.
• Album/Storage: for selecting and uploading images, videos and files.
• Microphone: for audio recording and playback.
• Phone: for contacting customer service or relevant users.
• Notifications: to send you business notices and reminders.

You may disable the relevant permissions at any time in your system settings. After disabling them, the related functions may not work properly, but this will not affect your use of other functions.

3. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

• Provide you with functional services and ensure stable operation of the service;
• Perform identity verification, customer service, security protection and archival backup;
• Device identification and security protection: use device identifiers (such as Android ID, MAC address) to identify devices, prevent malicious logins and fraud, and safeguard account security;
• Roll out software updates, product improvements and service optimization;
• Comply with legal and industry regulatory requirements (such as real-name management of construction workers).

4. Storage of Information

We store your personal information securely within the People's Republic of China, and retain it only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the service or as required by laws and regulations.

When our products or services cease operation, we will notify you in an appropriate manner and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.

5. Information Security

We adopt various security technologies and management measures such as encryption and access control to prevent your personal information from being disclosed, tampered with or lost. Please understand that due to technological limitations and possible external attacks, no security measure can guarantee absolute security.

6. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

To ensure the implementation of functions such as push and real-time messaging, we integrate necessary third-party SDKs. Such SDKs collect information only to the extent necessary to implement the relevant functions and comply with their respective privacy policies. For details of the SDK names, developers, types of information collected and privacy policy links, please refer to “7. Third-Party SDK Disclosure” below.

Apart from the above, we do not proactively share or transfer your personal information to third parties; under circumstances specified by laws and regulations or lawfully required by relevant state authorities, we may provide relevant information in accordance with the law without further obtaining your authorization.

7. Third-Party SDK Disclosure

To implement functions such as message push and real-time communication, we have integrated the following third-party SDKs. Please note the relevant disclosures below:

1. GeTui Push SDK (UniPush)

• Package Name: com.igexin.push
• Developer: Zhejiang Getui Network Technology Co., Ltd.
• Purpose: Push business notices, announcements, alerts and vendor-channel offline messages to you.
• Types of Information Collected: Device information (device model, OS version), device identifiers (Android ID, MAC address, OAID, etc.), and network status information, used to generate a unique device identifier (CID) to ensure accurate message delivery and stable push service.

2. GoEasy Real-Time Messaging SDK

• Package Name: goeasy-js
• Developer: GoEasy (goeasy.io)
• Purpose: Implement WebSocket communication functions such as real-time message push and online status synchronization.
• Types of Information Collected: Network connection status and message content you proactively report; no other personal information is actively collected.

3. Aliyun FastJSON

• Package Name: com.alibaba.fastjson
• Developer: Hangzhou Alibaba Advertising Co., Ltd.
• Purpose: Local JSON data parsing to improve parsing performance.
• Types of Information Collected: No personal information is collected.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to query, correct and delete your personal information, and to withdraw your authorization or apply for account cancellation. You may exercise the above rights through the relevant settings operations within the App.

Account Cancellation Rules

• Cancellation Method: The App provides a cancellation entry. You may tap “Me → Cancel Account” and confirm again to complete cancellation; you may also contact us via the phone number at the end of this document for assistance.
• Consequences of Cancellation: After cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in or use all services under that account, and historical data cannot be recovered.
• Information Processing: After a successful cancellation application, unless retention is otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
• Cancellation Timeline: We will complete the cancellation processing within a reasonable period and provide timely feedback on the results.

9. Protection of Minors

We recommend that minors use this service under the guidance of their guardians and only submit personal information after obtaining the consent of their guardians.

10. Policy Changes

We may revise this policy from time to time and notify you of the updated content and effective date in an appropriate manner within the App. Your continued use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of the updated policy.
